Fathers

You wear so many hats as a dad — partner, provider, protector, friend. With countless priorities pulling at your time and attention,  it can be hard to give your best to your family while still feeling like a whole person. In therapy, we’ll explore what fatherhood means to you and help you find balance, connection, and a sense of self that includes you, too.

Tech Workers

It’s no secret that the tech sector is overrun with burnout. The fast pace, shifting landscape, and high expectations can create a pressure cooker. In therapy, we’ll take an honest look at how your work is impacting you and find the tools to lower stress and regulate your emotions. We’ll look for ways that you can replenish, so you aren’t constantly feeling like you are pouring from an empty cup.
